1. What is the status of my order?
Once you place an order, we’ll send a confirmation email/WhatsApp message with tracking details. To track your order, go to the main menu and click "Track Your Order." Enter your order number and email, then click 'Track.' We’ll also send another update with the tracking number when your order is dispatched.
2. How long will it take to ship my order?
Estimated delivery time is 5-9 working days. Typically, processing takes 2-3 working days before marking the order as ready for delivery.
3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders up to ₹25,000.
4. Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns. Contact us within 3 days of delivery to request a return. For more details, click here.
5. How do I pay with Cash on Delivery?
Select Cash on Delivery as your payment method during checkout. After dispatch, pay the courier agent in cash upon delivery.
6. How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, email us at thecraftsclothing@gmail.com or call customer support. Cancellations are accepted only before dispatch.
